Chia seeds offer so many great health benefits. They are antioxidants, have fiber, calcium, manganese, and omega 3’s. They are all around just good for you.
I like to eat this as a snack to keep me going through the day. The recipe is simple to make. You can add different ingredients to change it.
1/2 cup of milk ( any type will work )
2 tbsp of chia seed
Combine all the ingredients and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes and stir again. Let sit for a few hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
